Chris Fabrizio knows the real estate market and knows his clients. Eleven years in real estate, Chris specializes in selling residential homes of all kinds – including single family, multi family, and town houses. In fact, Chris’ largest sale was apartment buildings in West Nyack that were converted to condos. Chris specializes in property valuation through market analysis, helping clients understand the current market, allowing them to know what price to expect for a home. Chris’ consistent review and analytical research of the rapidly changing market gives him the experience and know-how to handle real estate transactions in various communities and counties. Chris conducted over 8,000 Broker Price Opinions, giving him unique experience with the buying and selling market. Prior to entering Real Estate, Chris studied at SUNY Buffalo and became a Production Manager and Patternmaker for Women’s clothing at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Chris enjoys golf and lives in Fort Lee, NJ.
